In this section you will find practical information about the fair to help you organise your participation, both as an exhibitor and as a visitor.
The official app for the fair is now available. Download it here. We recommend that you download it for your own convenience during the fair. You will be able to consult all the updated information on programmes, speakers, events and exhibitors, and select the conferences and speakers you would like to visit by configuring your own personalised agenda.
Location and opening hours
The trade fair will take place at Ifevi
Av. do Aeroporto, 772 – 36318 Vigo, Pontevedra, from 27 to 29 de April 2027, from 10.00h to 18.00h.
By bus
In terms of bus links, there is an urban bus line (number 9A) that runs from the city centre to the IFEVI.

Accreditation/Pass
Exhibitor: You can download it in your private exhibitor area for all the colleagues from your company who wish to attend.
Visitor: We will send it to you by email a few days before the fair.
Invitation to others: If you want to invite colleagues or contacts to visit Mindtech, you can send them this free registration link. If you are an exhibitor, you can also generate invitations with tracking code from your private area.
To speed up your entrance to the venue, we recommend that you print your pass (in colour) from your computer. You will be able to put it in the official lanyard of the fair that you will have available at the entrance hall. If you don’t have a printed copy, you can go to the accreditation desk without any problem. and we will print it for you there.

By car
By road, there are three main roads that lead directly to IFEVI, without the need to enter the city:
1. The Rías Baixas Motorway connects the city with central Spain (A-52).
2. The Atlantic Motorway (A-55) links Vigo with the Northern Portugal Motorway (A-3).
3. The Atlantic Motorway connects the city with northern Galicia (AP-9).
By plane
Peinador airport is located 10 kilometres from Vigo city centre and only 100 metres from IFEVI (directly connected by a pedestrian walkway).

Parking
Exhibitor: the number of places at Ifevi will be allocated according to the contracted metres, as reflected in the exhibitor regulations.
Visitor: You can use the free parking spaces available in the vicinity of Ifevi or park at Vigo Airport and take advantage of this discount
Mindtech gives you the opportunity to schedule meetings through the fair’s platform to meet with potential buyers and customers.
This service is included in the exhibitor package, but if you are a visitor and would also like to use it, simply sign up via your registration form. If you have already registered, click on the ‘Send email’ button to receive your registration details by email, along with a link to edit your registration and add the B2B option. The website will redirect you to a payment gateway where you can formalise your registration and, once you have done so, you will be able to access this functionality from your private area.
I have paid for B2B as a visitor but I don’t see the tab in my private area: you can notify us of incidents at marketing@mindtechvigo.com.
for events
Exhibitor
Register through the “registration” tab in your private area. *This registration will be made in the name of the main contact person listed for your stand. In addition, you can generate passes for as many colleagues as you wish and they will be emailed their accreditation together with a form to register for these events as individuals as well.
Visitor
You can add/edit your registration at any time. To do so, just fill in your email address and request to resend your registration by clicking on the “send email” button on this form, and you will be sent the link to edit your profile. If you select a paid event (B2B Meetings or Afterwork), you will be redirected to a payment gateway to complete your registration.
For those visitors or companies that cannot travel to the fair, there will be the option of following all the conferences/events of the fair live via streaming, as well as virtual tours visiting the exhibitors’ stands in hybrid format.
Exhibitors: We encourage you to attend the trade fair events in person, but in case you want to watch the live streams at any time from your booth or if they are at full capacity, you can follow them from the platform by accessing through your usual private area.
Visitors: A couple of days before the start of the fair, we will send you, together with your accreditation, your personal keys to access the virtual platform of the fair.
Where to eat
The fairgrounds have a cafeteria in each hall and a restaurant on the ground floor of the fairgrounds. lower floor of the fairgrounds itself.
