How do you rate your participation in Mindtech and what does the fair mean in general? . Our participation in Mindtech is very positive. We particularly value the opportunity to establish strategic contacts, strengthen relationships with existing customers and present state-of-the-art industrial metrology solutions.

‘Mindtech has proven to be an essential meeting point for the industrial fabric of the north-west of the peninsula and allows us to showcase our capabilities as leaders in 3D measurement solutions, industrial tomography and additive manufacturing.’

What projects and developments are you working on and what are the medium-term challenges for NM3D?

We are currently involved in several R&D projects focused on the integration of advanced technologies such as high-resolution computed tomography, the automation of quality control processes and the development of functional parts using selective laser sintering (SLS). In the medium term, our main challenge is to consolidate our expansion in the Iberian Peninsula, increasing our technical and commercial capacity, as well as promoting a new innovation department focused on solutions for Industry 4.0.

What new technologies will the company incorporate to improve its services? In 2025, we will introduce new high-speed laser scanning solutions, non-contact metrology systems with artificial intelligence for automated analysis, and an improved range of metal 3D printing aimed at sectors such as automotive and aeronautics. We are also committed to digital platforms that optimise traceability, distance learning and remote assistance.

‘The combination of collaborative robotics, artificial vision and artificial intelligence will shape the evolution of industrial quality control systems.’

What do you think will be the trends in the industrial and technological landscape in the future? We believe that the total digitalisation of the product life cycle, online metrology with real-time control, and sustainability in manufacturing processes will be the main trends. In addition, the combination of collaborative robotics, artificial vision and artificial intelligence will mark the evolution of industrial quality control systems.
