The organising committee
The Association of Metal Industries and Associated Technologies of Galicia, ASIME, was founded in 1977. For over 45 years, it has been promoting industry and economic development in the Galicia region (Spain). More than 600 companies are members of the Association, representing activities such as automotive, metalworking, naval construction and repair, metal construction and structures, aerospace, aluminum: extrusion and carpentry, elevator industries, complementary services, and all new technologies associated with the industry. ASIME is one of the most relevant sectorial organizations nationally and internationally and in its commitment to driving the industrial sector, it is the organizer of the Metal Industry & Technologies International Trade Fair.
