This presentation is mainly aimed at industrial companies that wish to take advantage of public aid to boost their competitiveness and modernisation. We will address the main lines of regional and European funding aimed at the Galician industrial sector, with practical examples of companies that have already successfully obtained these resources.

In addition, we will explore how machinery manufacturers and other service providers can use these subsidies as a commercial tool, offering added value to their customers. We will explain effective strategies for integrating access to subsidies into the sales proposition, thereby increasing the commercial attractiveness and loyalty of their industrial customers.

The session will combine practical information on how to identify and manage available subsidies with cases of successful collaboration between industrial companies and suppliers using these subsidies to enhance their offer.

• Customer needs and experience: Tecnobit has an electronic equipment factory in Valdepeñas and its most specific need was aimed at optimising the process of responding to the incidents dealt with by the after-sales technical support team.
• The challenge I had: on the one hand, to find a formula so that the technical support team could optimise incident response times, freeing up engineering hours that were actually spent searching for scattered information during incident resolution; and on the other hand, to reuse the solution for any other internal process, from ERP and purchase orders to manufacturing and after-sales processes, allowing them to centralise and trace all types of information throughout the entire manufacturing flow.
• The solution provided: we deployed our OKM product (Oesía Knowledge Manager), a solution based on a system of intelligent agents on AI language models (LLM) that works as a tool for managing all types of documentation and structured data, in such a way that it becomes the single point of entry for any query on factory information. From data extracted from the fundamental SAP tables to manufacturers’ manuals, product references, technical documentation, etc.
• Impact: significant reduction in engineering hours spent on after-sales technical incidents (direct impact) and transversal optimisation of traceability processes and collection of documentary evidence.

How is data captured automatically and in real time in a production process? The capture of manufacturing data, the calculation of KPIs and quality controls in a MES-MOM platform, deployed in a scenario representing a real factory, will be shown.
