Born in May 1968. With a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, an MBA (UAB-UB-UPC) and a Masters in Cultural Management from the UOC, Alex Salvador has spent his entire professional career in the industrial business environment, occupying management positions in both multinationals and SMEs, in the areas of commercial-marketing and general management. He has teaching experience and has recently specialised in talent management and organisational transformation. He combines his work at the head of the association with his consultancy for SMEs. He is currently studying his second MBA, in this case ‘Master in Good Listening’ at the Palau de la Música Catalana.
