Terms and conditions of stand rental
HIRING SPACE AND PAYMENT
Once registered, exhibitors accept the conditions of contracting and payment of space reflected in the regulations. Once the
registration has been received, it will be validated and subsequently, the corresponding invoice will be sent with the payment conditions indicated therein, with exhibitors being bound by all the regulations.
Failure to pay any of the financial obligations arising from this contract will entitle Mindtech to terminate it and dispose of the contracted space.
Formalization of Space Reservation
1. For contracts until September 30, 2026:
- Payment of 30% on the invoice date after formalization of the space reservation.
- Payment of the remaining 70% after the invoice is issued before February 28, 2027
2. For contracts between October 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026:
- 60% after the invoice is issued following the formalization of the land reservation.
- 40% after the invoice is issued before February 28, 2027.
3. For contracts from January 1, 2027:
- 100% after the invoice is issued following the formalization of the land reservation.

The deadline for contracting the land reservation is March 30, 2027.
ALLOCATION OF SPACE
The allocation of space will be the sole responsibility of the Fair Management. The date of application and the date of bank transfer corresponding to the amount of the space reservation will be taken into account in the allocation.
Likewise, the organization reserves the right to change the location initially assigned for reasons of force majeure or security.
Exhibitors may not occupy common areas with elements of their stand without prior notice and authorization from the organization.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
The organization reserves the right to change the Fair’s schedule due to force majeure or other reasons, without exhibitors being entitled to any compensation. Exhibitors may access their stands one hour before Mindtech opens, and are advised not to leave until all Fair attendees have departed. Exhibitors may not transfer the right to occupy the stand or allow the promotion of goods from other companies without the express authorization of the Fair Management.
All companies exhibiting products at the Fair must be registered in the exhibitor directory and pay the corresponding registration fee (€200). Failure to comply with this rule may result in the closure of the stand without the right to any compensation.
If the exhibitor wishes to cancel or reduce the space requested in the floor reservation contract, they will not be entitled to any refund.If, for reasons beyond the control of the organization, the Fair is canceled, exhibitors will receive a full refund of the amount paid for floor space reservation and registration fees.
SERVICES HIRING AND PAYMENT
The services described in the Exhibitor’s Guide must be contracted through the Exhibitor’s Private Area, accessed using the passwords provided by the organization.
The deadline for contracting and paying for these services is March 30, 2027. After this date, the organization does not guarantee that it will be able to provide the requested service, depending on our availability and possibilities.
All services contracted after this date will incur a 25% surcharge on the price indicated in the Manual. Any service requested during the set-up or fair will be subject to availability and confirmation by the organization, and must be paid for immediately by bank transfer.
