YOUR PLANT AT A GLANCE! IMPROVE YOUR PLANT’S COMPETITIVENESS AND MAKE AGILE, REAL-TIME DECISIONS WITHOUT WASTING TIME GENERATING REPORTS.

The aim of the session is to show how a monitoring solution through the collection of data from multiple sources (PLCs, sensors, ERP/MES, other applications…), visualisation and alarms, allows companies to improve and have an overview of their plant at a glance.

The day-to-day reality of companies:

– You know it is essential to make agile decisions
– Data is the key to digitisation and problem detection.
– You spend many hours “working” with data in excel.
– You make decisions with yesterday’s data.

With this you have to manage a production for which customers demand more and more agility.

The necessary solution:

– Stop wasting time with spreadsheets and papers.
– Collect data automatically
– Real-time visualisations
– Personalised reports

We will tell you different real cases of different companies and what a solution like Muutech’s brought them.

DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION AS BREAKFAST EVERY DAY

We talk about innovation all the time, referring to Big Data, the circular economy, new marketing, etc., but the key to leading the market is to think in a truly disruptive way, which is the kind of innovation that seems to be scary because it does not bring immediate benefits, and seems to be reserved only for the biggest companies.

Any company, regardless of its size, resources and sector, can be disruptive. But that also means thinking big.

It should be standard practice every day: The first thing I do when I have breakfast, when I enter the office, the factory, etc. is to think about how I can do things better and really differently. One way to do this is to rely on external consultants who can bring fresh ideas and the necessary guidelines to turn them into successful products.

We are at the bottom in Europe in terms of patent registration, and we need to change that as soon as possible.

ENERGY TRANSITION AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPPORTUNITIES

The unstoppable process of energy transition, necessary to mitigate the effects of climate change, which is being experienced in Europe and globally, generates a series of opportunities for companies and professionals in the energy and industrial sector.

As far as Galicia is concerned, the opportunities are generated by the change of energy model, the closure of thermal power plants and the implementation of new generation linked to wind, on-shore and off-shore development and other renewables such as biomass or hydro.

In addition, the change in the energy model generates new opportunities associated with storage, hydrogen, electrification, distributed generation, network digitalisation, self-consumption and sustainable mobility.

All of this generates a strong demand for companies, engineers and technicians, trained and well-trained, to guarantee the quality of the work carried out. This is a macro-trend that will employ a large number of human resources by 2030 and, by extension, by 2050.

RESKILLING: AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INDUSTRY 4.0

Nowadays, the demand for technical professionals is increasingly high, which, together with the scarcity of these profiles, creates a situation in which it is increasingly difficult for organizations to attract and retain technological talent.

In this talk Pablo Rodríguez, CEO of HACK A BOSS, the pioneering technological training school in Galicia, will talk to us about how reskilling can help organizations to fight this situation while allowing them to reduce the digital divide, turn companies more competitive and reduce the time and cost of selection processes.

On the other hand, the reskilling processes have other associated advantages such as the improvement of corporate reputation and the creation of a more agile and dynamic business culture.
